Agent, Casino Services – China/SEA/Korea

Job Description


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casino clients.
  • Provide excellent customer support to casino clients.
  • Manage and cater to VIP clients.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in interactions with clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the casino’s gaming products and services.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Korean/Chinese, in both written and oral forms.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skill.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Has excellent customer service.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with leading integrated destination resort in the Philippines
  • Working Set-up: Onsite
  • Mondays to Fridays.
