Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support the Group Manager in managing a team of operations professionals across multiple accounts, including travel, insurance, and healthcare.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on operational best practices and procedures.
• Analyze operational issues and collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and reports.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
