Business Development Manager

Job Description


  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Track sales activities, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in Business development that focuses on giving value and services to the customers
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of specific industry domains or sectors may be required.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with outsourcing company that provides call center, business process outsourcing, and digital marketing services.
  • Working Set-up: Onsite
  • Mondays to Fridays.
