Change Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
  • Define change management objectives, goals, and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and mitigate potential risks and challenges
  • Create communication plans and materials to effectively communicate change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop training plans and materials to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt and use new processes, systems, and technologies.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in IT service management, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in certain ITIL areas ie. Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
  • ITIL certification is a must (ITIL v3 at a minimum)
  • Strong problem solving.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
  • Working Set-up: Onsite.
  • Mondays to Fridays.
