Client Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding products and services.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience with insurance.
  • Experience/familiarity with end-to-end insurance renewal cycle.
  • Will work in close coordination with brokers, underwriters, and client.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

  • This position will be working with one of the largest¬†multinational insurance advisory and brokerage firms in the world.
  • Working Set-up: On-site
  • Mondays to Fridays.
