Job Description

• Work and perform dunning to assigned delinquent customers.
• Advise borrowers to pay and obtain promise to pay.
• Address and provide assistance to customer inquiries/concerns and/or complaints.
• Understand & explain benefits of good credit standing.
• Prepare account status reports for accounts assigned.

Required Skills:
• Must be a College Graduate.
• Experience of working with financial companies.
• Attention to details & accuracy.
• Knowledgeable in various collections techniques.
• Willing to render overtime on weekdays, weekend and public holiday as required.

Additional Notes:
• This position will be working with one of the country’s leaders in offering digital banking products and services.
• Working schedule: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
• Mondays to Fridays.
