Continuous Improvement (CI) Sr Analyst

Job Description


  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement projects
  • Conduct process analysis and data-driven root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, methodologies, and tools to drive operational excellence
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 15 years of OpEx and process improvement experience
  • Experienced in dealing with global counterparts/strong stakeholder management
  • Strong personality, assertive, strong experience in end-to-end project management to handle CI projects (for example facilitating gap analysis, opportunity assessment, etc.)
  • Lean Six Sigma certified an advantage
  • Experience in Insurance and Insurance Broking, Human Capital Benefits, Banking, Financial Services,¬†Ecommerce industry
