Job Description

• Ensure processing errors are kept within the maximum allowed threshold.
• Prevent fraud and minimize related losses.
• Underwrite loan applications.
• Be able to solve customer problems quickly and accurately.
• Generation of reports and other required MIS8.

Required Skills:
• Preferably with a minimum 1year experience.
• Keen to process and details.
• Can quickly adapt to changes in operational processes and policies.
• Willing to render overtime and work in a shifting schedule.
• Proactive.

Additional Notes:
• This position will be working with one of the country’s leaders in offering digital banking products and services.
• Working schedule: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
• Mondays to Fridays.
