Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
  • Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.

Required Skills:

  • College Graduate – no experience needed.
  • HS/SHS Grad & College Undergrad – must have 3 months BPO experience
  • Willing to work onsite.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with an outsourcing company that provides call center,
    business process outsourcing, and digital marketing services.
  • Working Set-up: Onsite.
  • Mondays to Fridays.
