Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
  • Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.

Required Skills:

  • With at least 3 months BPO voice experience.
  • At least HS/SHS Graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work full time onsite, shifting schedules, and split offs.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with global digital services and solutions provider
  • Working Set-up: Onsite.
  • Mondays to Fridays.
