Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather information from respective process owners and document all pain points.
- Create gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process.
- Convincingly present solutions on platform strategy/ experience /adoption/ enablement.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations for products / solutions.
- Project Management functions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related courses.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in related field.
- Good understanding of business and technology.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

- This position will be working with multinational professional services network.
- Working Set-up: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
