Executive Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations as requested
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in reviewing Contracts, NDA
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • This position will be working with leading data integration solutions for blue-chip companies
  • Working Set-up: Hybrid
  • Mondays to Fridays.
