Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, architects, and build specialists.
- Define and execute the technology build and engineering strategy, aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
- Drive the implementation of best practices, development standards, and coding guidelines.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products, balancing speed and quality.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering and team leadership.
- Strong technical acumen and expertise in software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development practices is advantageous.
