Head of Project Management (Core)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
