Implementation Consultant

Job Description


  • Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the deployment of the software solution or process changes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users.
  • Create comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in implementation consulting, business process analysis, or project management.
  • Must have 3 years of Implementation experience (Product they roll-out/Implement- POS, ERP)
  • Must have Retail experience.
  • Proficiency in software configuration, data migration, and integration processes.

Additional Notes:

  • This position will be working with Omni-channel Retail Software company.
  • Working Set-up: WFH but must be based in Manila
  • Mondays to Fridays.
