Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the deployment of the software solution or process changes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users.
- Create comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience in implementation consulting, business process analysis, or project management.
- Must have 3 years of Implementation experience (Product they roll-out/Implement- POS, ERP)
- Must have Retail experience.
- Proficiency in software configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with Omni-channel Retail Software company.
- Working Set-up: WFH but must be based in Manila
- Mondays to Fridays.
