Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Respond to and Resolve ServiceDesk tickets to support company colleagues.
• Identify gaps in documentation.
• Participate in Technology team activities and projects.
• Manage penetration testing of both applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain security monitoring, logging and auditing.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
• With 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting hardware and software.
• Experience supporting services.
• Good standard of computer literacy.
Additional Notes:
• This position will be working with one of the largest groups of sustainability consultants globally.
• Working schedule: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
• Mondays to Fridays.
