Lawyer – Assistant Manager to Senior Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to interpret laws, regulations, and precedents and provide guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, briefs, and legal opinions
  • Negotiate and settle legal disputes, including participating in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.

Required Skills:

  • Fresh law graduate, underbar or new members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are acceptable
  • Preferably a member the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified Public Accountant but accounting background is not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
  • Working Set-up: Hybrid
  • Mondays to Fridays.
