Proposal Management Associate

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content
  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand client requirements and develop proposal outlines and schedules
  • Create and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other reusable materials to streamline the proposal development process
  • Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with company branding and messaging

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with proposal management software or tools is a plus
