Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
Define and maintain quality standards, procedures, and best practices for the QA team.
Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

Required Skills:

Proven experience (5+ years) in software testing and test automation.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
Familiarity with various testing methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Leadership and teamwork abilities.

This position will be working with provider of banking products and related financial services.
Working Set-up: Onsite
