Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact and engage potential customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections effectively to facilitate sales.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information about customer needs, preferences, and buying intentions.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be preferred.
  • 12-18 months experience in automotive, insurance, real estate or similar industries.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.

  • This position will be working with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed Tan Chong International Limited.
  • Working Set-up: Onsite.
  • Mondays to Fridays.
