Sales Engineer

Job Description


  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and design customized solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical proposals and documentation that outline the value proposition and implementation details of our solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, as well as their technical specifications, features, and benefits.

Required Skills:

  • Candidate must have (5) or more years of work experience in selling preferably with background and exposure on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industries.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Engineering course. Licensed / Registered Engineer is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
