Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitor their progress toward achieving them.
  • Create and execute sales plans and budgets, taking into consideration market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
