Senior Support Engineer Collaboration

Job Description

• Providing technical support to clients.
• Monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components.
• Determining the cause of problems and suggesting solutions for problems.
• Developing plans for disaster recovery in case of system failure or data corruption.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Network or Support Engineer.
• Preferably ITIL Foundation certified;
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Expert level understanding and ability to demonstrate proficiency in both Cisco and Meraki Routing.

• This position will be working with quality network integrator and managed service provider.
• Willing to work Office Based.
• Mondays to Fridays.
