Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives.
• Presenting training sessions.
• Conducting needs assessments.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
• Creating resources to support learning objectives.

Required Skills:
• A professional background and extensive experience in delivering training.
• 2-3 years’ training experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills.
• ability to motivate and inspire others to work together to achieve a common goal.
• A committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client.
