Sr. FP&A Analyst, Special Catalyst

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts for special projects.
  • Evaluate various financial scenarios and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for special projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the FP&A function.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on special projects or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.

  • Working Set-up: Hybrid
