Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or psychology.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a experience from the Banking Industry
