Job Description

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business related
  • At least 3 years’ BPO operations managerial experience
  • Competencies include Project/Support Management, Process Management,
  • Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Budgeting/Forecasting, Call Centre Operations, etc.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Open to working on a hybrid work setup (Onsite/WFH).
