- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business related
- At least 3 years’ BPO operations managerial experience
- Competencies include Project/Support Management, Process Management,
- Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Budgeting/Forecasting, Call Centre Operations, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Open to working on a hybrid work setup (Onsite/WFH).
