Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement training programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas where training is required.
• Develop training plans and schedules to meet the needs of the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business.
• Minimum of 3 experience in training and development.
• Strong knowledge of training methods, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
Additional Notes:
• This position will be working with provider of banking products and related financial services
• Working schedule: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
• Mondays to Fridays.
