Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs for employees and departments.
• Design and develop training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and management to develop training programs.
• Monitor and track employee participation and progress in training programs.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business.
• 1-2 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
Additional Notes:
• This position will be working with world’s leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash
• Working schedule: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
• Mondays to Fridays.
