Value Sourcing Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and select key suppliers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
  • Implement strategies to achieve overall cost reduction in the procurement process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in Procurement.
  • Experience in multinational or complex manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Material Management Skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement.

  • This position will be working with a leading industrial gas and engineering company
  • Working Set-up: Hybrid (chance to do a full time WFH)
  • Mondays to Fridays.
